Onewheel injury project update - September 19, 2021

In 2020, I wrote a blog about why MKB Lawyers got involved in Onewheel injury cases. Since that article (it’s available HERE: https://www.mckelveykozuma.com/faqs/onewheel-attorney-portland-oregon), and taking my first Onewheel case in July of 2019, I’ve gotten involved around the country on this emerging and increasingly important piece of product liability law. Frankly, the results have been amazing. The team we’ve built includes lawyers, experts and clients in Oregon, Washington, Illinois, New York, New Jersey, Marylan and Florida. We are learning more and more about what does, and does not, work on the Onewheel and we are very serious about forcing Future Motion both to make the Onewheel safer (I firmly believe that it can be), and to obtain just compensation for our injured clients around the country.

As of today, our team is working on roughly 20 Onewheel injury cases, and we have already filed 7, with more on the way within the next few weeks and months. As I’ve said before (and am starting to repeat myself), Onewheel is an amazing machine that can and should be wonderful. But, in its current form it has dangerous, and in extreme cases deadly, flaws. It shuts down without warning for reasons that we look forward to explaining in court. We see the reports of crashes and the resulting injuries over and over, on the internet, in the courts, and unfortunately in hospitals around the country.

If you’ve been injured on a Onewheel, my team and I are here to help you. No one is more experienced, or better informed, than I and my group of Onewheel lawyers and experts around the country.

Call us and be part of the solution - we want to help.
